The Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes

 

Little children, praised be Jesus!

 

Little ones, God is so good and merciful.  He desires your heart totally.  He desires you to be completely dependent on Him, just as a child.  The intimacy of God is so important.  In your mind and in your heart and in all that you do, everything in your life should be for the glory of God.

 

There is so much hatred and jealousy and greed in this world today.  If people do not begin to love and ask God to breathe into them the desire to forgive, to heal their hearts and to replace hatred with love, the world will only continue to intensify in destroying itself. 

 

You have seen in an instant how easily it is to lose many possessions.  You have seen weather and climate changes.  You have seen genocide and civil wars.  You have seen illnesses in different parts of the world, like plagues.  This country alone has witnessed devastating acts from weather as well as in other areas, especially  today in your own economy.

 

Who is to say that at a moment’s glance, through hatred and greed, once again people will not turn against one another?  This is what the devil desires.  He does not care of your skin color or your possessions or your power.  He only desires to destroy and to kill the soul.

 

Pray with all your heart; and every morning when you awaken, ask God the Father to breathe in you Life and the healing in your heart of any hatred or any other vice that you might have—replacing it with His Love—so that you are able to love those who have harmed you or who have tried to harm you. 

 

You can change this world!  Never forget that.  God loves you; and I am with you always, never to leave you.  Thank you for your prayers.  I bless you in His most glorious Name, and I take your petitions to God the Father.  May the blessing of God the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit be upon you forever.  Peace.
