Novena Prayer
to
Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament

O Sacrament Most Holy, O Sacrament Divine,
All praise and all thanksgiving be every moment thine.

Blessed be the holy and Immaculate Conception
of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God!

O Virgin Immaculate, Mother of Jesus and our tender Mother, we invoke thee under the title of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament, because thou art the Mother of the Savior who lives in the Eucharist, and because it was from thee that He took the Flesh and Blood with which He there feeds us! We invoke thee under that title because, again, thou art the sovereign dispensatrix of all graces and, consequently, of those contained in the august Eucharist, also, because thou didst first fulfill the duties of the Eucharistic life, teaching us by thy example how to assist properly at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, how to communicate worthily, and how to visit frequently and piously the Most Blessed Sacrament.

V. Pray for us, O Virgin Immaculate,
Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

R. That the Eucharistic Kingdom of Jesus Christ may come among us!

Let us pray:

Lord Jesus Christ, our King and our God, who having become Man to make us sharers in The Divinity, art truly our Bread in the adorable Eucharist, grant, we beseech Thee, that in venerating so great a Mystery, we may be mindful of the most sweet Virgin Mary, of whom Thou didst will to be conceived by the operation of the Holy Ghost! Grant, also that we may imitate the worship that she rendered while on earth to this most august Sacrament, so we may behold Thy Eucharistic Kingdom spread and flourish throughout the whole world! O Thou who lives and reigns forever and ever! Amen.

The Holy Eucharist

In the Catechism of the Catholic Church we are taught that:

The Eucharist is the heart and the summit of the Church’s life, for in it Christ associates His Father; by this sacrifice he pours out the graces of salvation on His Body which is the Church. (CCC 1407)

It is Christ Himself the eternal high priest of the New Covenant Who,, acting through the ministry of the priests, offers the Eucharistic sacrifice. And it is the same Christ, really present under the species of bread and wind, who is offering the Eucharistic sacrifice. (CCC 1410)

By the conseceq5ion the transubstantiation of the bread and wine into the Body and blood of Christ is brought about, Under the consecrated species of bread and wind Christ himself, living and glorious, is present in a true, real, and substantial manner”: His Body and His Blood, with His Soul and His Divinity. (CCC 1413)

Because Christ Himself is present in the sacrament of the altar, he is to be honored with the worship of adoration. To visit the Blessed Sacrament is …a proof of gratitude, and expression of love and a duty of adoration toward Christ our Lord. (CCC 1418)

Feast of St. Gemma Galgani - April 11, 2018

“I wish, O’ Jesus,
that my voice could reach
to the ends of the world,
to call all sinners
and tell them to
enter into Thy Heart....
O’, if only all sinners
would come to Thy Heart!...
Come! Come sinners,
do not be afraid!
The sword of Justice
cannot reach you here!”

(St. Gemma Galgani, 1879-1903)

Join us in a 9-day Novena to St. Gemma Galgani whom God fashioned into the likeness of His Crucified Son:

Novena to St. Gemma...

Triduum in honor of St Gemma Galgani to obtain a special grace...

Fascinating biography of St. Gemma Galgani...

Prayer to St. Gemma

O Holy Gemma, you who physically suffered all the pains of the Passion of Jesus, I beseech of you the grace to meditate on and live the Passion of Jesus and the sufferings of Holy Mary. Pray that I will be able to walk in the path of humility, simplicity, love and sacrifice, fulfilling at all times, and in all ways, the Holy Will of God. Let me live united with Jesus, the Blessed Virgin and you, for all eternity.

What has OLOE said on the feast of St. Gemma?

“Little children, it is so necessary that you return to God soon before it becomes any more difficult to change. The longer people delay, the colder the heart becomes, more and more like stone. What is needed to return to God is to live by the virtues of love and dignity, not resentment, hatred or revenge…. Do not be blinded by the consumption to fulfill your quest. This is not a stepping stone to unconditional love, if in the process you become cruel in behavior through control and manipulation. Make a decision to walk the path of Love as my Son walked before you…. You will gain peace and serenity of heart in His Love.” (OLOE Public 04-11-96)

Our Lady of Emmitsburg April 11, 1996...

“It is true, Jesus, if I think what I have gone through
as a child and now as a grown up girl,
I see that I have always had crosses to bear.
But oh! How wrong are those
who say that suffering is a misfortune!”

(St. Gemma Galgani, 1879-1903)

The 3rd Sunday of Easter—April 15, 2018

In today’s liturgical reading from the 1st Letter of St. John, we read the primary requirement to attain holiness and that it involves more than just saying or thinking that “I believe in God; I know Him”:

“…The way we may be sure that we know Him

is to keep His commandments.  Those who say, ‘I know Him,’

but do not keep His commandments are liars,

and the Truth is not in them.

But whoever keeps His Word,

the Love of God is truly perfected in Him….”

(1 Jn 2:3-5)

To better understand what that “call to holiness” involves, let us recall from the Words of God the Father to the world, Lessons of Our Lord Jesus Christ to the world and the Messages of Our Lady of Emmitsburg, the example whom God created to be our most perfect model of holiness—Mary, Mother of Jesus:

Cult of Holiness - Part III: The Holiness of Mary

With the completion of Lent, Holy Week and Easter, the Divine Mercy Novena and this week, the Feast of Divine Mercy, the Foundation now in all humility introduces the 3rd of a 4-part series entitled “The Cult of Holiness.” The state of “holiness” most often is associated with a separation from evil, the possession of Divine grace and the practice of virtue. A “cult” is most often associated with a system of beliefs, often perceived to have deviated from the normative beliefs and practices, typically led by a charismatic leader and attracting followers who are in some way disenfranchised from the mainstream of society. To the outsider, they may even be viewed as dangerous.

How can these two seemingly paradoxical concepts - holiness and cult - be related? First we will draw from the Words of God the Father, the Lessons of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Messages of Our Lady of Emmitsburg, and from Sacred Scripture, the PopesSaints and Scholars, and from the Catechism of the Catholic Church, to explore the “holiness” of God the Father in the Trinity, of Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Mother Mary, and finally, of our own personal holiness; and then, we will try to make that connection between holiness and cult:

The Cult of Holiness - Part III..., The Holiness of Mary

The “WARNING” or the Illumination of Conscience

In His unfathomable Great Mercy, God has also promised what may be the greatest act of Mercy since Our Lord’s Passion, Death and Resurrection—a spiritual reboot—the Illumination of Conscience. There now seems to be countless ongoing sources of private revelation throughout the world, all directing attention to the immanence of this tremendous act of God’s Mercy towards all of humanity. Through His messenger, Gianna Sullivan, Our Lord first spoke of it in His Lessons to the world on June 13, 1990, and Our Lady, in Scottsdale, AZ, on August 27, 1992. Let us review what they have said since then and pray that we ourselves, as well as our families, friends and all God’s children will take advantage of the time left to prepare for this great gift:

Our Lord in His Lessons to the world:

“…The time will come when I, the Lord of all lords and Master of all masters, shall come to examine the consciences of mankind; to bring to Light the hidden darkness and to silence all arguments….” (JOM 06-13-90)

Our Lady of Emmitsburg in her Messages:

“…Do not wait until God's "warning" strikes the souls of every person in this world for it will be very difficult to respond and change. Please respond now to God's call. There will not be much time after God's "warning" for the fire of purification to befall you. Some events are inevitable….” (OLOE Public 05-09-96)

Prayer to Save America

During these critical times in U.S. history as well as in salvation history, the Foundation will be including this prayer on all e-newsletters.

O merciful God, we cry to Thee for pardon and for mercy.
We are an unbelieving and perverse generation.
We are disobedient, disloyal and ungrateful to Thee.
We have excluded Thee from our homes, our schools, our places of business.
We are no longer worthy to be called Thy children.
Merciful Father, spare America!
Forgive us!
Save us from the scourge we deserve.
Teach us Thy law, and move our wills to serve Thee today and everyday.
Merciful God, please spare America!
O Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Pray for us!
