The Month Dedicated
to
the Holy Name of Jesus
“...How
blessed His Name! All peoples in all nations can see the
Face of God and adore Him. Strive to be meek and humble of heart, and
then you shall meet Jesus in the faces of your peers and many other peoples
of all nations…. I pray that you will have my eyes to adore
my Son, and my Heart to love Him as I love Him, and my
humility to follow Him at all costs. Be strong and filled with
faith, for my adorable Son is yours…. I bless you in His most glorious,
omnipotent and adorable Name - a Name to which all
shall bow on bended knee….” (Our Lady of Emmitsburg,

Christ is about to Purify His Priests
"…I am very close to cleansing My priests of the
impurities that defile them. Soon, very soon, I will pour out graces of
spiritual healing upon all My priests. I will separate those who will accept
the gift of My Divine friendship from those who will harden their hearts
against Me….” (Our Lord to Irish Benedictine Monk, 2007)

Feast of
Sts. Timothy and Titus - January 26
“O Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to you.
Avoid profane babbling and the absurdities of so–called knowledge.
By professing it, some people have deviated from the faith.”
(1 Tim 6:20)
It seems that some very human weaknesses,
those of jealousy, envy and spiritual pride,
have contributed to the failure of dissemination to the world of many of the
heavenly gifts that have been given through many of God’s messengers and
seers. These weaknesses have expressed themselves among clergy,
religious and laity. Our Lord in His Lessons spoke
about jealousy and envy on this Feast
of Sts. Timothy and Titus in January 1989:
"…Jealousy is
pure hatred for one another! Envy is the path towards
jealousy, which hardens your heart…. It is envy which is the
destructive poison. It leads to hardened hearts, jealous and
a merciless people.”

JEALOSY

“…Envy closes
My people’s hearts! It is envy which destroys your life. It is Love which
gives you Life. I your Lord am Life, for I am Love! Focus
on Me. Center your life on Me, and envy will be destroyed…. Allow
envy to flow out of your lives, and Love to
flow into your lives….”

What has Our Lady of
Emmitsburg said on the feast of St. Paul's disciples?
“…I have tried to teach
you and guide you in the ways of My Son, pleading that you would not seek
ways of power and worldly goals, but that which is Divine. Many continue to
take lightly my requests…. Please take seriously my words. Your eternal life
depends on your heart’s desire…. Remember, my little ones, Jesus is
Mercy; but if you will not accept His Mercy, He will have no choice than
to be a God of Justice….” (OLOE Public 01-26-94)

The 4th
Sunday in Ordinary Time - January 28, 2018
In today’s Responsorial Psalm
on this 4th Sunday in Ordinary Time, we hear:
Responsorial
Psalm 95
“If today you hear His voice,
harden not your hearts.”
But how do hear His voice? Let
us ponder the Words of God the Father to the world, the Lessons
of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Messages of Our Lady of Emmitsburg
in regards to how we might elevate our minds and hearts to God and to
Divine things in contemplative prayer:

Feast of St.
Thomas Aquinas - January 28, 2018
Italian Dominican Priest and
Doctor of the Church, Patron of Schools (1225-1274)
"To one who has faith, no explanation is necessary.
To one without faith, no explanation is possible."
(St. Thomas Aquinas)
Today the Church celebrates the feast of one of its
greatest scholars and saints who is also a "Doctor" of
the Church. How timeless is one of his prayers, yet so appropriate today:
Prayer for Forgiveness
(St. Thomas Aquinas, 1225-1274)
To You, O God, Fountain of Mercy, I come, a sinner.
May You wash away my impurity.
O’ Sun of Justice, give sight to the blind.
O’ Eternal Healer, cure the wounded.
O’ King of Kings, restore the despoiled.
O’ Mediator of God and man, reconcile the sinful.
O’ Good Shepherd, lead back the straying.
O’ God, have pity on the wretched, show leniency to the guilty;
Bestow life on the dead, reform the impious;
And give the balm of grace to the hard of heart.
O’ most merciful God,
call back the one who flees;
Draw back the one who resists,
lift up the one who falls;
Support the one who stands,
and accompany the one who walks.
Do not forget those who forget You.
Do not desert those who desert You.
Do not despise those who sin against You.
For in sinning,
I have offended You, my God;
I have harmed my neighbor;
I have not even spared myself injury.
I have sinned, O my God,
against you, Almighty Father,
because of my weakness;
Against You, all knowing Son,
because of my ignorance;
Against You, merciful Holy Spirit,
because of my malice.
Thus have I offended you most high Trinity.
Woe to me, a pitiful soul!
How many, how great, and how diverse
are the sins I have committed.
I abandoned You, Lord.
I question Your goodness,
By yielding to evil cravings
and weakening myself with harmful fears.
By such things, I preferred to lose You
rather than abandon what I desired,
To offend You rather than face
what ought not to be feared.
O my God, how much harm have I done by word and deed,
And by sinning secretly, openly and defiantly.
Therefore, out of my weakness
I beg you not to pay heed to my iniquity,
But rather to Your immense goodness.
And I beg you mercifully to pardon what I have done,
Granting me sorrow for my past actions
and precaution in the future.
Amen.
What has Our Lord in
His Lessons said on the feast of St. Thomas?
“…If My people obeyed Me
by trusting in Me, they would be released from their fear which
enslaves them…. Obedience is being open to My words, accepting them and
allowing My Love to mold you into eternal perfection. Obedience is
growth, and growth is accompanied by imperfections and failings! These
shortcomings perfect you when you allow Me to strengthen you and teach you….
If you allow pride to enter and control you, it will deceive you;
and it will destroy the seed of obedience….” (JOM, Vol II, #41, 01-28-90, Obedience)

OBEDIENCE
January 28, 1990...
What has Our Lady of
Emmitsburg said on the feast of St. Thomas Aquinas?
“…The society in which you
live has lent itself to a fast-paced, ‘me’ first lifestyle.
There is no quick fix for what took years to destroy, namely the family bond,
morality, peace, simplicity, and the treasures of prayer, sharing love and
unity. God has been offended…. You must learn to ask and receive in humility,
not demand or spurn His Mercy…. It can only change with the grace of God,
with His Mercy, and with the willingness of His beloved ones to surrender to
God’s Way, to accept His desires, to become little, to pray,
and perhaps even to suffer; if that is what God asks in order to
soften the direct attacks against the Blessed Trinity….” (OLOE Private 05-30-05)
Our
Lady of Emmitsburg January 28, 1999
"Grant me
O Lord my God,
a mind to know you,
a heart to seek you,
wisdom to find you,
conduct pleasing to you,
faithful perseverance in waiting for you,
and a hope of finally embracing you.
Amen."
(St. Thomas Aquinas)

history!
The Prophecy of
St. Don Bosco & Novena...
What has Our Lady of
Emmitsburg said on St. Don Bosco's great feast day?
“…The prophecy of
my son, St. Don Bosco, is now unfolding; and you living
within this time period are witnessing its Truth with your own eyes….” (OLOE Public 01-31-05)
Our
Lady of Emmitsburg January 31, 2005...
“I do not think that
many people realize the connection between the Feast of St. Don Bosco and my
invitation for you to come to the Center of my Immaculate Heart (Jan. 31,
1993); both because of his interaction with and heartfelt works for the
children which gave God tremendous glory, along with his prophecy (in 1862)
that through adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament there would be a renewal
in the world.…” (OLOE Private 01-31-07)
Our Lady of Emmitsburg
January 31, 2007...
“…There are people on
other continents who are willing to die for what they believe
in truth, and they do!... I am here to help you,
not to be shunned by you…. If you think any war in this world has been
devastating up to this point, you have not witnessed what will come without change.
You can dismiss only so much; however, you had best be prepared to answer for
what you yourself have done….” (OLOE
Public 01-31-08)
Our
Lady of Emmitsburg January 31, 2008...
“And no matter how many
people think that you are corrupt or diabolical or dishonest or planning to
deceive, God knows and sees the truth; for He is the Truth! Everyone must
answer to God, and He says, ‘Tell them, tell them Who sent
you. Tell them I AM sent you.” (OLOE Private 01-31-09)

Prayer of St. Don Bosco for Protection
against Demons
O’ Mary, powerful virgin,
you are the mighty and glorious Protector of the Church. You are the
marvelous Help of Christians. You are terrible as an Army set in Battle
Array. You alone have destroyed every heresy in the entire Church. In the
midst of my anguish, my struggles and my distress, defend me from the power
of the enemy, and at the hour of my death, receive my soul into Paradise.
Amen.
Prayer of St. Don Bosco to Mary
Most holy Virgin
Mary, Help of Christians, how sweet it is to come to your feet
imploring your perpetual help. If earthly mothers cease not to
remember their children, how can you, the most loving lf all mothers forget
me? Grant then to me, I implore you, your perpetual help in
all my necessities, and every sorrow, and especially in all my temptations. I
ask for your unceasing help for all who are now suffering. Help the
weak, cure the sick, convert sinners. Grant through your intercession many
vocations to the religious life. Obtain for us, O’ Mary, Help of
Christians, that having invoked you on earth, we may love and eternally
thank you in heaven. Amen.
“This was the method
that Jesus used with the apostles.
He put up with their ignorance and roughness
and even their infidelity.
He treated sinners with a kindness and affection
that caused some to be shocked,
others to be scandalized,
and still others to hope for God’s Mercy.
And so He bade us to be gentle and humble of heart.”
(St. Don Bosco)

Private Revelations 12:1
In September, 2005, a private
ministry, Fear Not, Inc., committed to spreading Our Lady’s Plan
to the world was formed by Nikki and Alan Todd in Mahanoy, Pennsylvania.
Their first publication was a newspaper edition entitled Private
Revelation 12:1, referring to the scriptural passage, “A great sign
appeared in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her
feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.” (Rev. 12:1). They have
subsequently published many tools of evangelization, most recently the
monthly booklet, Immaculate Heart and Soul. They are also the
sponsors of the monthly First Sunday Worldwide Prayer Group in honor of Our
Lady of Emmitsburg, and select a previous message to ponder and discuss
with your local groups.

Prayer to Save America
During these critical times in U.S. history as well as in
salvation history, the Foundation will be including this prayer on all
e-newsletters.
O merciful God, we cry to Thee for pardon and for mercy.
We are an unbelieving and perverse generation.
We are disobedient, disloyal and ungrateful to
Thee.
We have excluded Thee from our homes, our schools, our
places of business.
We are no longer worthy to be called Thy children.
Merciful Father, spare America!
Forgive us!
Save us from the scourge we deserve.
Teach us Thy law, and move our wills to serve Thee today
and everyday.
Merciful God, please spare America!
O Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Pray for us!
