The Month Dedicated to the Blessed Sacrament

The Miracle of the Eucharist
Opening Remarks from Eucharistic Prayer Group

The Miracle Of The Eucharist

Novena Prayer
Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament

O Sacrament Most Holy, O Sacrament Divine,
All praise and all thanksgiving be every moment thine.

Blessed be the holy and Immaculate Conception
of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God!

O Virgin Immaculate, Mother of Jesus and our tender Mother, we invoke thee under the title of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament, because thou art the Mother of the Savior who lives in the Eucharist, and because it was from thee that He took the Flesh and Blood with which He there feeds us! We invoke thee under that title because, again, thou art the sovereign dispensatrix of all graces and, consequently, of those contained in the august Eucharist, also, because thou didst first fulfill the duties of the Eucharistic life, teaching us by thy example how to assist properly at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, how to communicate worthily, and how to visit frequently and piously the Most Blessed Sacrament.

V. Pray for us, O Virgin Immaculate,
Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

R. That the Eucharistic Kingdom of Jesus Christ may come among us!

Let us pray:

Lord Jesus Christ, our King and our God, who having become Man to make us sharers in The Divinity, art truly our Bread in the adorable Eucharist, grant, we beseech Thee, that in venerating so great a Mystery, we may be mindful of the most sweet Virgin Mary, of whom Thou didst will to be conceived by the operation of the Holy Ghost! Grant, also that we may imitate the worship that she rendered while on earth to this most august Sacrament, so we may behold Thy Eucharistic Kingdom spread and flourish throughout the whole world! O Thou who lives and reigns forever and ever! Amen.

The Month of the Blessed Sacrament,

The Holy Eucharist

In the Catechism of the Catholic Church we are taught that:

The Eucharist is the heart and the summit of the Church’s life, for in it Christ associates His Father; by this sacrifice he pours out the graces of salvation on His Body which is the Church. (CCC 1407)

It is Christ Himself the eternal high priest of the New Covenant Who,, acting through the ministry of the priests, offers the Eucharistic sacrifice. And it is the same Christ, really present under the species of bread and wind, who is offering the Eucharistic sacrifice. (CCC 1410)

By the conseceq5ion the transubstantiation of the bread and wine into the Body and blood of Christ is brought about, Under the consecrated species of bread and wind Christ himself, living and glorious, is present in a true, real, and substantial manner”: His Body and His Blood, with His Soul and His Divinity. (CCC 1413)

Because Christ Himself is present in the sacrament of the altar, he is to be honored with the worship of adoration. To visit the Blessed Sacrament is …a proof of gratitude, and expression of love and a duty of adoration toward Christ our Lord. (CCC 1418)

The 5th Sunday in Lent - April 2, 2017

Christ, because they have sought both Repentance and Conversion:In today’s 2nd liturgical reading for this 5th Sunday of Lent, we have St. Paul describe to the Romans what happens to those who are no longer dead to sin, now belong to Jesus

Whoever does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him….
If the Spirit of the one who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you,
the one who raised Christ from the dead
will give life to your mortal bodies also,
through his Spirit dwelling in you.

(Rom 8:10-11)

Repentance and conversion are not relative to the standards of the society or culture, but rather a very private matter between each soul and its Creator. God the Father in His WordsOur Lord in His Lessons and Our Lady of Emmitsburg in her Messages through Gianna provide insight to these steps on our spiritual journey:

A Time for Repentance & Conversion..

Feast of St. Vincent Ferrer - April 5

Spanish Dominican priest, evangelist and reformer (1357-1419)

"Whatever you do, think not of yourself, but of God"
(St. Vincent Ferrer)

Brief biography and video...

What has Our Lady of Emmitsburg said on the feast of St. Vincent Ferrer?

“…If you had reached the point you have without any pain or sorrow, then what good would it have been? You would have attributed your gain to your own glory. However, because you have suffered and persevered, you can now be certain that you have risen to the point where you can place your glory in Christ. You now know that it has not been of your doing, but rather the gift of my Son Who has brought you forth to this point. Thus, all glory resides in Him, and you share in that glory….But if you cannot endure the pain of my Son, then you cannot lead as my Son. My Son emptied Himself, never seeing Himself equal to the Father, but allowing Himself to be humbled to serve others. The vices of pride and righteousness must always be eliminated; and if not eliminated, they must be at least softened to a tremendous degree, so that all the works that come through you will give him glory. For without Him, no one in this universe could exist….” (OLOE Private 04-05-03)

Feast of St. John Baptist De La Salle - April 7

French priest, religious, founder, educator and Patron of Teachers (+1719)

St. John Baptist de La Salle, a man of great holiness and natural gifts, not only educated young people himself but continues to do so through the excellent principles and practices he established in the Society he founded. Not only that, but in order to prepare teachers for so important a mission in remote rural districts, he established training colleges.” (Pope Pius XII, Canonization Centenary, 1950)

Brief biography and video….

What has Our Lady of Emmitsburg said about Teachers?

"There are so many different types of people who are all special to God. Each person is necessary to fulfill God’s Will so that each soul can reach ultimate union with God. You cannot all be the same in gifts and grace. There are many different flowers in the field, and yet all are beautiful. When combined, all together they are breathtaking. It is so necessary to have different types of beautiful people, such as children, teachers, parents, students, leaders, clergy, laborers of the field, health providers and the like, because you all form the Face of God…." (OLOE Public 02-03-00)

How has Our Lord in His Lessons to the world instructed teachers?

"...Be a teacher by your way of living. Preach by your deeds of a holy life. Respect one another, and love one another with the purity of the love you have for Me!..." (JOM, Vol I, #78, 08-12-89, Dignity)

I AM Your Jesus of Mercy:
August 12, 1989...

A Teacher's Prayer

Lord in Heaven, help me never to forget the beauty in a little child. Never let me forget the wonder and trust and yearning in their bright, twinkling eyes. Help me to remember that I am shaping the lives of tomorrow’s generation. And, though I am unworthy of this precious charge, give me the strength to be the best model scholar and the best Christian example that I can possibly be.

Give me love to overcome adversity. Give me patience to overcome trials. Give me wisdom to overcome my shortcomings. Give me faith to overcome dark hours. And, as I find my rest tonight, help me to love my pupils and to remember them in my prayers.

Give me strength to be equal to tomorrow’s task, for I depend on you alone, just as my pupils depend on me.

Private Revelations 12:1

In September, 2005, a private ministry, Fear Not, Inc., committed to spreading Our Lady’s Plan to the world was formed by Nikki and Alan Todd in Mahanoy, Pennsylvania. Their first publication was a newspaper edition entitled Private Revelation 12:1, referring to the scriptural passage, “A great sign appeared in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.” (Rev. 12:1). They have subsequently published many tools of evangelization, most recently the monthly booklet, Immaculate Heart and Soul. They are also the sponsors of the monthly First Sunday Worldwide Prayer Group in honor of Our Lady of Emmitsburg, and select a previous message to ponder and discuss with your local groups.

Prayer to Save America

O merciful God, we cry to Thee for pardon and for mercy.
We are an unbelieving and perverse generation.
We are disobedient, disloyal and ungrateful to Thee.
We have excluded Thee from our homes, our schools, our places of business.
We are no longer worthy to be called Thy children.
Merciful Father, spare America!
Forgive us!
Save us from the scourge we deserve.
Teach us Thy law, and move our wills to serve Thee today and everyday.
Merciful God, please spare America!
O Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Pray for us!
