Evil—Part 6:  Our Lady’s Role

God’s Plan

Ephesians 1:3-23

The Father’s Plan of Salvation

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.

Fulfillment through Christ

In [Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him 10 with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth.

Inheritance through the Spirit

In Him 11 also we  have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will,12 to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory. 13 In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.

The Church as Christ’s Body

15 For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and your love for all the saints, 16 do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers; 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. 18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might 20 which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. 22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.  (Eph 1:3-23)

In His Plan to bring all humanity home to Himself for all eternity, God the Father in His Words to the world through Gianna Sullivan has spared no Love, no Mercy, no patience or no effort.  He reminds all of us how much He has given to us:

“…I have given you very much—My most treasured Son, the gift of the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you, and the most pure and Immaculate Mother, Mary….” ( GTF,  Sept. 8, 2008)  “…How blessed you are that the Most Holy Trinity has given to you the gift of this fairest Queen in this time of your need, to strengthen and to guide you, to point the way, to outline a safe path, to preserve you from harm and to protect you from evil.  In all of history throughout ages past never has there been a Queen as pure as she!”  (GTF, Oct, 8, 2008)

 Our Lady’s Journey

The Angel to Joseph:

“Rise, take the Child and His mother,

flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you….”

“Rise, take the Child and His mother and go to the land of Israel,

for those who sought the Child’s life are dead….”

He went and dwelt in a town called Nazareth,

so that what had been spoken through the prophets might be fulfilled, “He shall be called a Nazorean.”

(Mt 2: 13, 20-21, 23)

Catechism of the Catholic Church

Mary—Mother of Christ, Mother of the Church

963   Since the Virgin Mary’s role in the mystery of Christ and the Spirit has been treated, it is fitting now to consider her place in the mystery of the Church. “The Virgin Mary... is acknowledged and honored as being truly the Mother of God and of the redeemer.... She is clearly the mother of the members of Christ... since she has by her charity joined in bringing about the birth of believers in the Church, who are members of its head.  Mary, Mother of Christ, Mother of the Church.

Mary’s Motherhood with Regard to the Church

Wholly united with her Son...

964   Mary’s role in the Church is inseparable from her union with Christ and flows directly from it. “This union of the mother with the Son in the work of salvation is made manifest from the time of Christ’s virginal conception up to his death”; it is made manifest above all at the hour of his Passion:

Thus the Blessed Virgin advanced in her pilgrimage of faith, and faithfully persevered in her union with her Son unto the cross. There she stood, in keeping with the divine plan, enduring with her only begotten Son the intensity of his suffering, joining herself with his sacrifice in her mother’s heart, and lovingly consenting to the immolation of this victim, born of her: to be given, by the same Christ Jesus dying on the cross, as a mother to his disciple, with these words: “Woman, behold your son.”

965   After her Son’s Ascension, Mary aided the beginnings of the Church by her prayers. In her association with the apostles and several women, we also see Mary by her prayers imploring the gift of the Spirit, who had already overshadowed her in the Annunciation.

...also in her Assumption

966   Finally the Immaculate Virgin, preserved free from all stain of original sin, when the course of her earthly life was finished, was taken up body and soul into heavenly glory, and exalted by the Lord as Queen over all things, so that she might be the more fully conformed to her Son, the Lord of lords and conqueror of sin and death. The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin is a singular participation in her Son’s Resurrection and an anticipation of the resurrection of other Christians:

In giving birth you kept your virginity; in your Dormition you did not leave the world, O Mother of God, but were joined to the source of Life. You conceived the living God and, by your prayers, will deliver our souls from death.

...she is our Mother in the order of grace

967   By her complete adherence to the Father’s will, to his Son’s redemptive work, and to every prompting of the Holy Spirit, the Virgin Mary is the Church’s model of faith and charity. Thus she is a preeminent and... wholly unique member of the Church; indeed, she is the exemplary realization of the Church.

968   Her role in relation to the Church and to all humanity goes still further. In a wholly singular way she cooperated by her obedience, faith, hope, and burning charity in the Savior’s work of restoring supernatural life to souls. For this reason she is a mother to us in the order of grace.

969   This motherhood of Mary in the order of grace continues uninterruptedly from the consent which she loyally gave at the Annunciation and which she sustained without wavering beneath the cross, until the eternal fulfillment of all the elect. Taken up to heaven she did not lay aside this saving office but by her manifold intercession continues to bring us the gifts of eternal salvation.... Therefore the Blessed Virgin is invoked in the Church under the titles of Advocate, Helper, Benefactress, and Mediatrix.

970   Mary’s function as mother of men in no way obscures or diminishes this unique mediation of Christ, but rather shows its power. But the Blessed Virgin’s salutary influence on men... flows forth from the superabundance of the merits of Christ, rests on his mediation, depends entirely on it, and draws all its power from it. No creature could ever be counted along with the Incarnate Word and Redeemer; but just as the priesthood of Christ is shared in various ways both by his ministers and the faithful, and as the one goodness of God is radiated in different ways among his creatures, so also the unique mediation of the Redeemer does not exclude but rather gives rise to a manifold cooperation which is but a sharing in this one source.

Our Lady’s journey began in the Mind and Heart of the Triune God in eternity, and first played out in time when she was immaculately conceived without original sin.  Our Lord in His Lessons paid tribute to His Mother’s purity, beauty and power over evil on that great feast day in 1991:

“…So today, know that your Jesus celebrated God the Father’s master plan for salvation through the Immaculate Conception of My Mother, the one from whom the evil ones flee because of her purity and beauty….”   (JOM, Vol IV, #10, Dec. 8, 1991, Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Our Lady)

Following her Immaculate Conception and birth, Our Lady’s life during those early years has been somewhat described in private revelation, and included being offered by her parents when she was quite young to live and pray and prepare in the Temple for a vocation that would be shared by no other human being—that being the Mother of God!  Upon returning to Nazareth and near the time of her unexpected betrothal to Joseph, her life took a dramatic turn.  Our Lady of Emmitsburg shares those sentiments as she recalls the angel’s announcement that she was asked by God to be the Mother of His only begotten Son.  She also explains what it actually means to be born “immaculate,” and she rejoices in the presence of the Angels who accompanied her on this most difficult journey:

“This is the day (the feast of the Annunciation) when I rejoiced; me, a humble servant of the Lord who was looking only to serve that gracious one who would be able to serve the Lord.  Then I was called by God Himself to be the Mother who bore in my womb the greatest gift to all humanity, Him Who would free everyone from their sin and save them from the doom of eternal hell and raise them to eternal life….I have a plan, a plan that my Son has allowed to unfold.  This plan is for the safety of all humanity.  It is one in which the Triumph of my Most Immaculate Heart will reign.  There at its core are all the children who, regardless of religion, look to Jesus as the King of Kings, the Child of all Generations, who look to Him where He is, not only a Child, but the Son of Man who grew as a child, who prophesied, who had a ministry and public life, who died for you.  Now all over in this world are children who look to the Son, and they have been commissioned.  Regardless of religion, they know in their hearts that redemption lies in following Him….”  (Private OLOE, Mar. 25, 2003)

“…Please, allow me to express the sentiments of what an ‘Immaculate’ Heart means.  One who is pure without sin is more vulnerable to all the evil attacks and the putrid ways of sin. In other words, just like my Son suffered tremendously, more than your heart and mind could ever comprehend, so too I as His Mother have shared those sufferings, more than your heart and mind could ever comprehend.  I was not spared all the ways of evil doings.  I was afflicted with sorrow and pain.  I could see and try to embrace someone in pain, and even I was spat upon.  I was a holy Mother, wanting only to comfort my Son and to have a ‘Holy’ Family. Enraged people hated me.  Many loved me.  Many tried to protect me, and many tried to do harm to me….”  (Private OLOE, Aug. 31, 2009)

“…The Angels were with me during my life on earth.  They were with me at the Annunciation, at the Birth of my Son, and on the flight we took to Egypt.  When my Son suffered temptation and His Passion, and at the time of His Resurrection, they were there.

The Angels came to my prophets throughout the ages:  to Abraham, Hagar, Moses, my Joseph, and John the Apostle.  Imagine how wondrous it was for John to receive the whole Book of Revelation from an Angel of God.  How beautiful!  So many Angels throughout all of history, and to O’ so many prophets!”    (Private OLOE, Oct. 2, 2006)

The accounts of Our Lady’s words and actions in Sacred Scripture are very sparse from the time of Jesus’ infancy, through His public life, until the time of His Passion and Death.  As no mother in human history could ever experience, Our Lady of Emmitsburg relates what it was like to see the torment and grief and to share in the pain as she walked with and “died” with her Son and her God:

“…It was very difficult as a Mother to see my Son suffer.  The normal reaction of any mother, besides the emotion of being tormented by seeing one of her own children suffer, is to run to their assistance and to help them.  How I wanted to run to my Son when He was being tortured!  My Heart was being torn.  Yet, all that God the Father would allow was for me to be my Son’s strength, through a glance and a look, in order that the devil would not know that my Son was the Savior, sent to redeem all of humanity through the giving of His Life….”  (Private OLOE, June 17, 2005)

“Little ones, if you knew the incredible sorrow in being at the Foot of my Son’s Cross—the torment and the grief and the pain I endured along with Him; if you knew the depth of this, you would not be able to bear it.  It was truly horrific!  After His death, my life was very much one of being alone.  But truly the beauty of all of this is that you have been saved!...Do not allow evil to come near you through your vices!  God loves you so very much, and you are very safe with Him.  It is your free will to choose.  Follow Him.  When my Son said, ’Follow Me,’ He did not outline the whole path, every step, because He wants all of humanity to trust in Him with faith.  Live your faith, and trust!”   (Private OLOE, Sept. 15, 2008)

“…God did not need me to fulfill His Plan, but God chose me to bear your Savior….He was born in a humble way….He died a horrific death.  He could have saved Himself, but He died to save you….This is the Way of God.  God will not reveal to all of humanity His purpose….Even today many people do not believe God, my Son, is the Savior.  God could have allowed the whole world to know.  He didn’t.  He worked quietly through me.  He worked quietly through many events in His Life, and He works quietly through you….This is the mystery of His Cross.  He stupefied the world, He conquered the demons, and He was glorified, and is still glorified….Now you know…God didn’t need me.  God doesn’t need you.  God desired me to be the Mother of His Son, and I said ‘yes.’  God desires you to be the recipient of His love and to change the world with your ‘yes.’  (Private OLOE, Dec. 26, 2009)

“…My Father,…not as I will, but as You will….”

(Mt 26:39)

2000 Years

A Time for Everything

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

There is an appointed time for everything.

And there is a time for every event under heaven—

A time to give birth and a time to die;
A time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted.
A time to kill and a time to heal;
A time to tear down and a time to build up.
A time to weep and a time to laugh;
A time to mourn and a time to dance.
A time to throw stones and a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace and a time to shun embracing.
A time to search and a time to give up as lost;
A time to keep and a time to throw away.
A time to tear apart and a time to sew together;
A time to be silent and a time to speak.
A time to love and a time to hate;
A time for war and a time for peace.

In a one week period of time, from when her Son Jesus rode triumphantly into Jerusalem, to when He was condemned, tortured, crucified and died, Our Lady went from being the Mother of a Savior to being the Mother of a rejected and hated criminal.  Her life continued for several years after His death, and so too her rejection and the doubt and skepticism that surrounded her and her Son.  She too was harassed by the evil one, and she identifies with the sentiments of those who now live a life immersed in an ocean of rejection and doubt.  However, in spite of the suffering, Our Lady of Emmitsburg again assures her children that she has patiently waited for a long time and that all that has been promised will unfold, and that the victory is already won by her Son as she takes on the evil one on his own turf and brings his reign to an end:

“…You have waited a great deal of time, and you have noticed how many people have suffered.  It seems as if the evil has the upper hand.  When my Son was dying on the Cross, evil thought it would be victorious in the name of Lucifer and would have the upper hand.  But that was not the case!

“You live day by day, as I did, day by day.  The devil could not tell what was true, always wanting to know, ‘Was my Son the Messiah?  Was I the Mother of God?’  All that I have said will unfold, and you will be victorious in the Name of Jesus….”  (Private OLOE, Aug. 21, 2010)

“…It is my Child, my Son, who raised His two fingers as the Alpha and the Omega, and Who encompassed the entire world with His Love and Mercy.  Now the Justice of God will flash forth.  I have waited patiently for 2000 years for my plan to unfold because God the Father permitted Satan to draw souls away from his Truth.  Satan’s reign is ending…, and now I am moving swiftly on his turf to reclaim all those who were deceived and lost.  I am determined to bring all my children back to my Son…Watch and see for I am about to meet Satan on his own turf and extinguish his ways forever,…” (Public OLOE, July 13, 2000)

“…For 2000 years I have been waiting for this moment of Triumph to be victorious.  It is for the salvation of humanity.  I have known for a longtime.  Satan and his reign have come to an end.  I have waited all this time just to be victorious because of all the children who will return back to my Son.  But the battle is not a pleasant one.  This battle, in fact, is very ugly and many lives are at stake.  Many lives can be lost….This is not a time you should take lightly.  This is a time in which evil strikes, and if evil strikes it wants to destroy.  If you allow evil to come in, it will destroy you.  I have often mentioned there is no middle of the rope, there are only two ends.  So now take my message and deliver it to those who must know that this is not something to be taken lightly, but this is something for which I have been preparing you for years….”  (Private OLOE, Feb. 24, 2003)

Over the centuries many have been called, and in these recent times, Our Lady has noted that far too many of those who have been called, have either not responded, or initially responded but then have fallen away.  Those who have remained faithful, in spite of the attacks of Satan, have greatly angered him and will most likely be subjected to even more difficult attacks; but Our Lady of Emmitsburg promises that only a few are needed to help accomplish her Triumph.  Living in the Divine Will is what is most necessary to offer the greatest protection against these attacks and preserve the graces that God is providing to complete this mission, to fulfill this call:

“…Satan is very angry; and because you have withstood the attacks, the pillars of this Plan have not crumbled, but are even more firmly grounded and shall not dissolve.  Changes have already taken place, and the unique Plan of God’s Divine Wisdom all comes to be in perfection at the most proper time and place….Those of you who are my loved ones, who continue to stand up for the Truth and live in humility and faith, even though initially it seems that you are faltering and falling, end up being the pillars and providing the validity and authenticity of God’s Word….”  (Private OLOE, Mar. 15, 2004)

“…There are only a few that are necessary for my Immaculate Heart to triumph.  This is what will happen because my Son has allowed it.  The plan for which I have waited for over 2000 years will now unfold, as I am about to squash the head of Satan the serpent forever….”   (Private OLOE, May 16, 2003)

“…You must not seek your own agendas or attachments, but you must freely allow God’s Holy Will to move you fully in the direction He desires you to follow.  In this you are protected in His gracious Love from the snares of the devil and from those who would love to see you in turmoil and stripped of your graces.  However, the graces from my Son cannot be stripped from you.  But it is up to you to allow yourselves to receive His grace and use it to your fullest potential so that you can receive more….So, if you do not claim any attachments to what you have, and instead, give glory to my Son, then you will grow more and more in holiness, and the Divine Plan can continue to unfold in you.  All aspects of this Plan must come from Him, and nothing of yourselves can be there.  So as it unfolds, all peoples will come to know that it is from Him, through Him, and for Him that God the Father’s glory is fulfilled….”  (Private OLOE, July 27, 2003)

Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am,

so that they may see My glory which You have given Me,

for You loved Me before the foundation of the world….”

(John 17:24)

Our Lady’s Role

May it be done to me according to your word.”

Mary—Eschatological Icon of the Church

972   After speaking of the Church, her origin, mission, and destiny, we can find no better way to conclude than by looking to Mary. In her we contemplate what the Church already is in her mystery on her own “pilgrimage of faith, and what she will be in the homeland at the end of her journey. There, in the glory of the Most Holy and Undivided Trinity, in the communion of all the saints, the Church is awaited by the one she venerates as Mother of her Lord and as her own mother.

In the meantime the Mother of Jesus, in the glory which she possesses in body and soul in heaven, is the image and beginning of the Church as it is to be perfected in the world to come. Likewise she shines forth on earth, until the day of the Lord shall come, a sign of certain hope and comfort to the pilgrim People of God.

There is a uniqueness in Our Lady’s appearances and message here in Emmitsburg, the Center of her Immaculate Heart.  That uniqueness began with its history in Maryland, its early role in the spread of Catholicism in this country, its first American-born Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, its contribution to both the life of the clergy and religious in this country and throughout the world, and its God-given role in this end of the era and all that has been promised here.  Any further explanation should come from the words of Our Lady of Emmitsburg herself:

“I am Our Lady of Emmitsburg….I am the Mother of my Son Who reigns Eucharistically and most powerfully, from His conception as the Child Jesus, through His Paschal Suffering, finally becoming the Salvific Savior.  He is Jesus, and He shall reign Eucharistically, most devoutly and omnipotently, yet hidden.  He shall reign as the Child, the Savior, the wounded, torn, broken Savior, and the most glorious King….”  (Private OLOE, Mar 18, 2004)

“…Where else would I go in this country (USA) other than where the sacraments began and where Catholicism began?  Would I not be here to bless my priests and my seminarians?  Would I not be here to bless all the people who make pilgrimage here, that they may turn their hearts to the Truth and receive the blessings and graces from God?...”  (Private OLOE, Sept. 17, 2009)

"This refuge of my Immaculate Heart is for all people, but the Center of my Immaculate Heart can only be a place where the community reflects the purity, joy, love and mercy of Jesus."  (Public Apr. 6, 2000).  "Thank God above, little children, for His great love for you and for picking this most beautiful, humble place as the Center of my Immaculate Heart, from where the unveiling of my Son's Divine Mercy will commence." (Public OLOE Apr. 27, 2000).  “This holy place in Emmitsburg will be a living realization of the Gospel.  My Immaculate Heart and the Eucharistic Heart of my Son are inseparably united in the plan of salvation."  (Public OLOE, May 11, 2000).

“My little ones, the Center of my Immaculate Heart truly will be one of the greatest sites in the world.  It is the completion of Fatima.  What was started in Fatima will be completed now at the Center of my Immaculate Heart.  The world will come to know God’s great Love and Mercy.…” (Private OLOE, April 8, 2005)

“…They are indeed my people, children who are not disloyal.

So He became their Savior in their every affliction.

It was not a messenger or an angel, but He Himself who saved them.  Because of His Love and Mercy, He redeemed them Himself,

lifting them and carrying them all the days of old…”

(Is 63: 8-9)

The Child and the Children

“…She gave birth to a son, a male child,

destined to rule all the nations with an iron rod.

Her child was caught up to God and His Throne….”

(Rev 12:5)

The ever-recurring Presence of the Child Jesus in God’s Plan here in Emmitsburg, and thus throughout the world in these end times, is one of the most inspirational themes in Our Lady’s messages at the Center of her Immaculate Heart.  She identifies Life and Joy and the invitation to all children and those who are willing to become childlike with that unique Presence of the Child Jesus:

“…Do not destroy the gift of Joy by destroying the gift of Life.  Protect life in love and through prayer.  I am here to protect all life, and no forces of evil can prevail over me.  This place is the haven of life because it is the Center of my Immaculate Heart where all children seek refuge.  It will withstand all attacks from evil because I am here with my Child Jesus.  It is a center of refuge for all children.  Here they will find Joy, for I am your Mother of Joy; and I present Jesus your Joy as a child.  Jesus comes in the form of a child when He is filled with Joy.  Little ones, this place is the only place in the history of my appearances that I have been allowed to come presenting the Child Jesus as the source of refuge for all children.,  he humbles Himself in His Majesty to come with me in the form of a little Child offering you the invitation of Life and Joy….”  (Public OLOE, Mar. 9, 1995)

"…In fact, there is no place in the world that has had the power behind this name, the Center of my Immaculate Heart…You cannot go before God unless you become like a child.  Only those who are like a child shall enter the Kingdom.  So, my Little Child is inviting all people, regardless of age, to return to Him, to be with Him and to seek Him as refuge."   (Private OLOE, June 8, 2002).

“…I have been many places all over the world; and there are many people who support those various places.  But as you know, one of the most important because it is on Satan’s turf, is here at the Center of my Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart.  This is the refuge where children, those with childlike hearts, shall be safe and free.  And how many will come!”    (Private OLOE, Sept. 5, 2010)

Our Lady of Emmitsburg has also spoken about the connection between the Child Jesus and the Crucified Savior, one and the same Second Person of the Blessed Trinity and our Lord and Savior:

"…It was my Son the Child Jesus who came forth into this world representing the Truth about Life……..The Child Jesus first renewed the world in the hope of God's Truth with the invitation for all people to live in purity and innocence without self-seeking ways or the ways of malice, hatred and violence.  Then through His submission to the Will of the Father, the Crucified Savior became your redemption from death.  Through Him alone can you have eternal life…."  (Public OLOE, Sept. 14, 2002).

"…Your salvation was not the result of only that one action of my Son giving up Himself in His Body and blood for you.  If you recall, in the beginning in the Holy Trinity was the Word; and the Word became Flesh.  As the Word became Flesh within my womb (through the power of the Holy Spirit), that very act was the beginning of my Son's salvific action for you…As He was born, He shed His Blood, the first Blood of salvation for all of humanity…Then in His Life, He was persecuted, blasphemed, mocked and spit upon.  When He finally did give Himself entirely on the Cross, that action ended the beginning of what so many people thought would corrupt the world and turn everyone away…."  (Private OLOE, Aug. 25, 2003).

"The world is quite mistaken when it believes that the redemption is limited to only what Christ suffered and in His Death.  It is also just as important  what my Son your Savior suffered in His Birth as a Child, in His first shedding of Blood at His Circumcision, in His tears, in His poverty, in His humility, and in His self-mortification, in His patience, in His obedience, and in His dependency and His innocence."  (Private OLOE, Aug. 16, 2003). " My Son was dependent on the Father, and  He was innocent.  These are the two key virtues of the Eucharistic Reign…." (Private OLOE, Aug. 25, 2003).

One of the first times Our Lady of Emmitsburg spoke about the "coming" of Jesus was in 1996, but she has consistently differentiated it from the Final Judgment at the end of the world:

"I desire you to have the anticipation of Jesus' coming with hope and joy…Have hope in Jesus and rejoice, for He is coming to rescue you from the snares of the evil one, and His Mercy is endless"  (Public OLOE, December, 19, 1996).

"It is the unveiling of God's Mercy which will lift this world out of its misery.  Jesus will come a second time and reign.  He is coming and it will be the return of Jesus as a Child to enlighten the minds and hearts of all people, of all faiths, of all nations, and of every race…His Kingdom shall be an era of peace…My Son will unveil His Mercy to the world, but He will not walk on the world as you know it…It will not be His Final Judgment and Coming, for this next era will be the Covenant of Our Two Hearts, a spiritual Eucharistic Reign where the Child Jesus will usher in a Kingdom of Peace."  (Public OLOE, March 2, 2000.)

“Amen, I say to you,

whoever does not accept the Kingdom of God like a child,

will not enter it….”

(Lk 18:17)

The Grace of a Mother

In me is all grace of the way and of the truth,

in me is all hope of life and of virtue”

(Sirach 24:25)

Unfortunately, our Blessed Mother Mary, the Mother of Jesus, is so misunderstood by much of humanity:  by Catholics and non-Catholic Christians, those of Jewish and Muslim faiths, those of all other religious orientations, and so too among the agnostics and atheists.  No one other than Our Lord, the God-Man, could better set the record straight.  Speaking of His Mother, Our Lord in His Lessons to the world said:

“She is the ‘Woman’ of the stars, clothed in beauty!  She is the ‘Lady’ of wondrous signs.  She is My Mother ‘Immaculate,’ born to give birth to Him Who was sent without sin for the salvation of mankind.  She is the ‘Virgin’ conceived in purity.  She represents hope to mankind….She is My Heart.  She is all of Me….Those who trust in her, trust in Me….I listen to her….Know your Jesus celebrates God the Father’s master plan for salvation through the Immaculate Conception of My Mother….She will grant your desire….Thank you for responding to My Mother’s call.”  (JOM, Vol IV, #10, Dec. 8, 1991)

          Our Lady of Emmitsburg:

“…The grace is that I am here.  The grace is that my Son has deemed this place to be the Center of my Immaculate Heart.  Whether you desire that or not, I am not leaving because my Son is all-giving and all-loving; and as a Mother, I know what is right for my children.  I shall fight the evil that is being waged against all of you, my beloved ones; and I shall draw you into my most precious mantle where you shall be safe.  A Mother cannot leave her children….”  (Public OLOE, Jan. 1, 2004)

“…Never forget that I am your Mother, always to intercede for you before the throne of God in heaven, there always to protect you and to guide you and to make you look most pleasing to your Father.  And know that I shall never leave you, for it is a new era, and here it commences.  Here it starts, with me your Mother, the Queen of all the Heavens, the Queen of my Son, the Queen of the universe.  I am here in Emmitsburg.  I am here at the Center of my Immaculate Heart.  I am here in the United States of America.  I am here at the Center of my Son’s Divine Mercy.  I am here to be with you for all time, for now is the war in which evil will be slain, and we shall be victorious because we love God; and those who love God can  only win….” (Private OLOE, June 6, 2002)

“Hear, my son, your father’s instruction,

and reject not your mother’s teaching.”

(Proverbs 1:8)

“Caution” to Mother Church

“Unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees,

you will not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.”

(Mt 5:20)

As has been the case throughout this history of mankind, when God’s gifts are neglected or wasted or rejected, there are consequences—consequences for each and every individual, consequences for the world, and consequences for the Church.  In her message to the world, Our Lady of Emmitsburg shares what they can be:

“I have been coming to this country for many years.  I have invited all to come to my most Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart. I have told you and warned you of the many things to come, and it seems to me that you have passed them off….I have told you over and over again:  There is no time for fear, only time for change.  If you desire to waste your time debating on whether this is real or not, instead of preparing your soul and doing without the things you desire the most, then you will be held within yourself accountable, because you are missing an opportunity of Love.

“The distance from the mind to the heart is far.  If you think your mind, which God created for you and gave to you, can discern all good things, perhaps you had best purge yourself first of sin; and then you might have a clear conscience and be gifted with the grace of discernment and vigilance….But if you believe that your focus should be on something else, and you ignore the Mother of God, I can tell you that you also ignore the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the entire foundation on which Mother Church has been built.”  (Private OLOE, Aug. 15, 2009)

…In other places in the world, my priests through their upbringing are more open to receive these graces from God; but here, though on Satan’s turf, as I once before called this country, in the most powerful nation in the world, there are Bishops fighting against not only this current Pope, but previous Popes, and fighting for preeminence in what to do and to be, and leading people in a different way….”  (Private OLOE, Sept. 17, 2009)

“I am not leaving....I am here to stay….

My Son is here, as He is in many places, yes.

But in a special way, here He is, and I am too.

We are not leaving!”

(Public OLOE, Sept. 23, 2007)

“…Can you not see that even in the past in every place that I have been, there has been evil?  Evil has tried to mask and to mitigate and to literally destroy every good work I have done for my Son.  But during these times I invite my Church, Mother Church, the Church of my Son, to look and see!  Look at the millions of people who have come here, not only when the authorities allowed my presence in a more visible way, but even afterwards, people being drawn to all the other areas here at the Center of my Immaculate Heart, coming to pray and to receive graces….”.  (Private OLOE, Sept. 17, 2009)

“Behold, I am coming soon….

I am the Alpha and the Omega,

the first and the last, the beginning and the end….

Come. Let the one who thirsts come forward,

and the one who wants it receive the gift of life-giving water…..

Yes, I am coming soon!”

(Rev 22:12,17, 20)
