The Mysteries of the End Times
1.
The Triumph of the Immaculate Heart, the Covenant of the Two Hearts, the Second
Coming of Christ, the Second Pentecost, the New Advent, the Eucharistic Reign, the Era of Peace, the New Jerusalem, the New Heavens and the New Earth, the Final Judgment
and Parousia: these are all concepts
and revelations that are founded in Holy Scripture, Sacred Tradition, the writings
of the Fathers and the Doctors and many of the Saints of the Church, and the Papal
letters and encyclicals. However, there
remains
mystery in all of these, and the Holy See has never taken an official
stand on many of these subjects.
That may be because they are prophetic and cannot be fully understood
yet by the human mind. Many
priests and seminarians will even acknowledge that their study of the Book of Revelation
and their training in mystical theology are both scanty and superficial. Throughout
history in private revelation also, various
aspects of the understanding and interpretation of some of these mysteries have
been enhanced, even though they have been filtered through the
humanness of many seers and prophets; and they remain mysteries.
However, the Church has always been founded on mysteries: the Holy Trinity,
the Incarnation, the Passion, the Resurrection, and the Holy Mass and Real Presence
of Jesus in the Eucharist.
On
June
24, 1996
, Fr. Stefano Gobbi, a locutionist and the Founder of the Marian Movement of Priests,
published a document in which he tried to piece together, in a way that was understandable
to the ordinary Christian, many of these elements to provide a better explanation
for the Church, both priests, religious
and the laity. Pope John Paul II is
known to have manifested great esteem for Fr. Gobbi and the Marian Movement of Priests. This document is entitled,
"The Triumph, The Second Coming and The Eucharistic Reign." In this
document Gobbi tries to answer the question, "Is the return of Christ in glory to
be interpreted as His return for the Last Judgment, or rather His return to reign
on this earth?"
He answers the question in favor of the latter,
on earth, without compromising the Church's teaching on the heresy of Millenarianism
and by setting it apart for some extended period of time (literally 1000 years)
from the Final Judgment and Parousia.

To Fr. Gobbi's understanding and interpretation,
Our Lady of Emmitsburg added

, All Saints Day.

Then in November, 2003, a compilation of all that
Our Lady of Emmitsburg had shared with visionary and prophet Gianna Sullivan
on these mysteries was released. To
Fr. Gobbi's understanding of the Eucharistic Reign was added by
Our Lady of Emmitsburg the role of the Christ
Child and all the virtues He embodies.
This document was read and approved for distribution by many priest mystical and
Marian theologians, scholars and spiritual directors.
It also corrects the grave errors
and misrepresentations of many of the
detractors of Our Lady of Emmitsburg, both clergy and laity alike, suggesting that
She had claimed that "the Child Jesus would be walking the streets of Emmitsburg"
in His physical body, rather that manifesting Himself as He returns in glory in
a Spiritual Eucharistic Reign throughout the whole world.
Our Lady of Emmitsburg very emphatically states that,
"It will not be His Final Judgment and
Coming," and that, "This has been foretold
for many centuries and is not a new
theology, which many seem to believe."
